What's the difference between LeadValues and other companies that provide leads?
We know there is nothing more frustrating than finding a great source of high closing leads but to not be able to get enough leads in your area. We are a high volume producer of Internet generated leads---and many of them we phone verify so that we know the consumer is very interested in getting insurance from an agent. This gives you everything you want: Low cost, good quality, and plenty of leads in your area.

Where do LeadValue’s Leads Come From?
We generate leads in a variety of ways to make sure that you get a mix of consumers. We use the major search engines for a large portion of our leads, but we also use affiliates, direct mail, telemarketing and display advertising.

Why do we use more than just the search engines?
We have found that a consumer that is using the search engines to find quotes may fill out 3 or 4 insurance quote forms while they are looking. If they make 4 inquiries and each of these is sold to 3-4 agents each, then you end up with 15-16 agents all competing for the same customer all at once. We do use search, but we are also constantly looking for ways to get the lead to you before they get to the search engines. Using mail, telemarketing, display advertising and our affiliates, we are able to find interested consumers before there are dozens of agents already calling them.

How do I pay for leads?
After you set up your free account with us, you can fund it to buy leads. You can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club or PayPal. You are in control at all times of the amount of leads you wish to purchase each day from your account’s funds.

Do you offer volume discounts or corporate payment terms?
We do offer special terms for Insurance Companies or Large Brokerages that purchase leads for their agents. If you would to discuss special terms with you, please contact us.

What happens if I get an invalid lead?
We make returning leads a simple, no-hassle process. If you get an invalid lead, you simply enter the lead number under your account options and you’ll be given full credit. It does have to meet the conditions of our returns policy.

Do I have to sign a contract?
When you sign up, we do require that you agree to our 'lead buyers agreement' but we do not require any long term commitment from you. If at any time you decide that you want to cancel, just notify us and we will close your account.

How many leads can you provide me each month?
We cannot guarantee an exact number of leads per month. However we are one of the largest volume leads providers in the US---so it is unlikely that you will be able to purchase more leads than we provide in your area. If you are not getting the volume that you need, you may have to ‘relax’ your filters to go outside your geographic area
